Terms and Conditions for the TRUST's In-Kind Business Assistance Program
- The TRUST will provide the requested services and pay contracted professionals directly for the specific services and maximum costs agreed to in the In-Kind Business Assistance Agreement signed between the TRUST and the proponent.
- Proponent will comply with all the required Certifications, including those of: the Puerto Rico State Department, Treasury Department, Labor Department, ASUME, and CRIM.
- Proponent will submit agreed upon Project Progress Reports on a timely basis. Reports will cover status of milestones and any problems experienced with the contracted assistance being provided.
- Upon completion of the In-Kind Business Assistance Agreement, proponent will submit a Final Report indicating how the assistance provided helped the business accomplish its goals and impact the local economy.
- Proponent will cooperate with the TRUST by providing the necessary information that will help evaluate the effectiveness of the In-Kind Business Assistance Program.
