• He served as the Secretary of Commerce for the State
of New Jersey, where he was responsible for planning and implementing
business climate and organizational reforms that dramatically
improved the state’s economy. After government service,
he became the Vice-President of Marketing for a Voice-Over-Internet-Protocol
(VoIP) company and the President of a biotechnology start-up.
• He subsequently joined the global commercial
real estate company, Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., as Director
of Technology Enterprise Group, specializing in developing
and implementing comprehensive real estate services for government,
private and public scientific research organizations and corporations.
He currently serves as the firm’s Executive Managing
Director and is responsible for managing the firm’s
New Jersey operations.

of Brazil conferred upon Gil the Rank of Commander in the

Delegate-at-Large to the 1996 and 2000 Republican National
Conventions.
Co-Chairman
of the New Jersey State Republican Committee.
Served

three-year term as a City Councilman in the City of Camden,

of the Democratic National Committee and now Governor of Pennsylvania)
